इति श्रीमहाभारते आदिपर्वणि जतुगृहपर्वणि पाण्डववनप्रवेशे एकोनपञ्चाशदधिकशततमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमह्या भारत आदिपर्वके अन्तर्गत जतुयृहपर्वरमें पाण्डवोंका वनमें प्रवेशविषयक एक सौ उनचासवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate ādiparvaṇi jatugṛhapārvaṇi pāṇḍavavanapraveśe ekonapañcāśad-adhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

Thus ends, in the Śrī Mahābhārata, within the Ādi Parva, in the section concerning the Lac House episode, the one-hundred-and-forty-ninth chapter describing the Pāṇḍavas’ entry into the forest. (This is a colophon marking the close of the chapter rather than a spoken verse.)
