आदि पर्व, अध्याय 139 — Hiḍimba’s Detection and Hiḍimbā’s Approach to Bhīma
भीमसेनसहायश्च रथानामयुतं च सः । अर्जुन: समरे प्राच्यान् सर्वानेकरथो5जयत्,इसके सिवा अर्जुनने केवल भीमसेनकी सहायतासे एकमात्र रथपर आरूढ़ हो युद्धमें पूर्व दिशाके सम्पूर्ण योद्धाओं तथा दस हजार रथियोंको जीत लिया
bhīmasena-sahāyaś ca rathānām ayutaṃ ca saḥ | arjunaḥ samare prācyān sarvān eka-ratho 'jayat ||
Vaiśampāyana said: With Bhīmasena as his support, Arjuna—though standing alone upon a single chariot—defeated in battle all the warriors of the eastern quarter, and even an array of ten thousand charioteers.
