Droṇa said: “By joining that one with another in proper combination, the pellet (vīṭā) will come into my grasp.” In context, he points to a method: through successive linking and correct arrangement, a desired object can be obtained—an ethical reminder that skill (yukti) and disciplined means, not mere force, lead to success.

Educational Q&A

Success comes through intelligent method and correct combination—careful arrangement of means—rather than impulsive effort. Droṇa highlights practical yukti (skillful strategy) as a disciplined path to an intended result.

Droṇa explains that by joining one element to another in sequence and proper alignment, he will be able to obtain the small pellet/ball (vīṭā). The line reflects an instructional moment emphasizing technique.
