आस्तीक-उपाख्यान-प्रस्तावः | Introduction to the Āstīka Narrative

पितामहो! मैं इसी प्रकार, इसी विधिसे विवाहके लिये सदा प्रयत्न करता रहूँगा। इसके विपरीत कुछ नहीं करूँगा

pitāmaha! ahaṁ evam eva, anenaiva vidhinā vivāhārthaṁ sadā prayatnaṁ kariṣyāmi; etad-viparītaṁ kiñcid api na kariṣyāmi.

“Grandfather, I shall continue to strive always for marriage in just this manner and by this very proper procedure. I will do nothing contrary to this.”
