ईजानानां सुकृतां लोकमीप्सन् पञ्चौदनं ब्रह्मणेऽजं ददाति । स व्याऽप्तिमभि लोकं जयैतं शिवो३ऽस्मभ्यं प्रतिगृहीतो अस्तु
ījānānā́ṃ sukṛtā́ṃ lokám īpsán pañcáudanaṃ bráhmaṇe ’jáṃ dadāti | sá vy-àptím abhí lokáṃ jayáitam śivó ’smábhyaṃ práti-gṛhīto astu ||
Seeking the world of sacrificers, of the well-doing, he giveth the fivefold rice-porridge, with a goat, unto the Brahman. So may he win this world in full attainment; auspicious for us be it, when it is duly accepted.
