Sukta 97
वषड् ढुतेभ्यो वषडहुतेभ्यः । देवा गातुविदो गातुं वित्त्वा गातुमित
váṣaṭ dhutébhyo váṣaḍ áhutebhyaḥ | devā́ gātuvído gātúṃ vittvā́ gātúm ít
Vaṣaṭ to them that are duly impelled; vaṣaṭ to them that are yet unoffered. The Gods, knowers of the path, having found the path—yea, the path indeed.
Rishi: Atharvanic/Aṅgiras-type attribution (exact r̥ṣi for this isolated verse requires hymn colophon consultation).
Devata: Devas as gātuvídaḥ (collective gods as guides of the ritual path).
Chandas: Mixed/irregular; likely prose-like yajus-style cadence within AV liturgical material.
{"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"vira","emotional_arc":"From brisk propulsion to confident certainty: the path is found, indeed the path.","listener_experience":"A crisp sense of correctness; relief that the rite is on track.","intensity":5}
