इन्द्र स्थातर्हरीणां नकिष्टे पूर्व्यस्तुतिम्। उदानंश शवसा न भन्दना
índra sthātar harīṇā́ṃ nákiṣ ṭe pū́rvyā́ stutím | úd ānaṃśa śávāsā ná bhandánā
Indra, standing by thy tawny steeds, none hath attained thy ancient praise: thou hast outstripped them by thy strength—not as a broken weakling.
