Sukta 4
आपो अग्निं प्र हिणुत पितॄंरुपेमं यज्ञं पितरो मे जुषन्ताम्। आसीनामूर्जमुप ये सचन्ते ते नो रयिं सर्ववीरं नि यच्छान्
ā́po agníṁ prá hiṇuta pitṝ́ṁr úpemáṁ yajñáṁ pitáro me juṣantām | ā́sīnām ū́rjam úpa yé sácante té no rayíṁ sárvavīraṁ ní yacchān ||
O Waters, set Agni forth; bring near the Fathers: let the Fathers of me take pleasure in this sacrifice. They who, seated, attach themselves unto nourishment—let them bestow upon us wealth, rich in all brave sons, and fix it firmly.
