tásmai udī́cyā diśó antardeśā́d ágraṃ devám iṣvā́sám anuṣṭhātā́ram akurvan

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

For him, from the mid-region of the northern quarters, they appointed as foremost a divine Archer, to stand attendant as his follower-guard.
