स्योनाद्योनेरधि बध्यमानौ हसामुदौ महसा मोदमानौ । सुगू सुपुत्रौ सुगृहौ तराथो जीवावुषसो विभातीः
syonā́d yóner ádhi badhyámānau hasā́ mudáu máhasā́ mód amānau | sugū́ supútrāu sugṛháu tarā́tho jīvā́v uṣásaḥ vibhātī́ḥ ||
From an auspicious seat, from the womb’s own source, bound fast upon it, smiling, glad, rejoicing in great might: faring well, rich in goodly sons, possessed of a good home, may ye twain pass safely through—alive through the dawning days that shine.
