यो अग्निः क्रव्यात् प्रविवेश नो गृहमिमं पश्यन्नितरं जातवेदसम्। तं हरामि पितृयज्ञाय दूरं स घर्ममिन्धां परमे सधस्थे
yó agníḥ kravyā́t prá viveśa no gṛhám imáṁ páśyann ítaraṁ jātávedasam | táṁ harāmi pitṛyajñā́ya dūráṁ sá ghármam índhāṁ paramé sádhasthé
The fire, corpse-devouring, that hath entered this our house, beholding the other Jātavedas—him do I carry far away for the Fathers’ sacrifice: let him kindle heat in the highest station.
