ahorātré ánvēṣi bíbhrat kṣēmyás tíṣṭhan prátaraṇaḥ suvī́raḥ | anā́turānt sumánasas tálpaṃ bíbhrad jyógéva naḥ púruṣagandhir edhi
Day and night thou seekest, bearing security; standing fast, a furtherer across, rich in goodly heroes. Bearing for us a couch for the untroubled, the kindly-minded—like a yoking—thrive thou, with the scent of men about thee.
Rishi: Atharvanic/Angirasa attribution typical for AV domestic-protective material (edition-dependent).
Devata: Household protective power focused on the talpa; sometimes construed under Savitar/guardian agencies in the surrounding sequence.
Chandas: Triṣṭubh-like (mixed AV meter).
