इमे जीवा वि मृतैराववृत्रन्नभूद् भद्रा देवहुतिर्नो अद्य। प्राञ्चो अगाम नृतये हसाय सुवीरासो विदथमा वदेम
imé jīvā́ ví mṛtáir ā́vavṛtrann ábhūd bhadrā́ deváhutir no adyá | prā́ñco agāma nṛtáye hásāya suvī́rāso vidátham ā́ vadema ||
These living have turned them away from the dead: auspicious hath our oblation to the Gods become to-day. Forward have we gone—to dance, to laugh; rich in brave sons, may we address the assembly again.
