विनियोगः कृतस्तेन सर्वदा सर्वकर्मसु ॥ गोकर्णस्य समीपे तु पश्चिमे चक्रपाणिनः ॥
viniyogaḥ kṛtas tena sarvadā sarva-karmasu | gokarṇasya samīpe tu paścime cakrapāṇinaḥ ||
