Type: kshetra
Listener: Addressed as 'varavarṇinī' (fair-complexioned lady), continuing the intimate didactic frame
Scene: A remorseful sinner lays down weapons or symbols of vice and approaches the liṅga; a radiant protective aura (Śiva’s grace) envelops him, signifying purification and attainment.
The kṣetra’s grace is portrayed as radically purifying—no one is beyond upliftment when sincere devotion meets a powerful holy place.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, specifically the Liṅga-site being described in this adhyāya.
No new rite is added here; the verse emphasizes the purificatory result of the previously described worship, japa, and proximity to the Liṅga.
