कामं क्रोधं तथा लोभं रागं त्यक्त्वा तु मत्सरम् । ब्रह्मचारी यतिर्भूत्वा सकृदप्येनमर्चयेत्
kāmaṃ krodhaṃ tathā lobhaṃ rāgaṃ tyaktvā tu matsaram | brahmacārī yatirbhūtvā sakṛdapyenamarcayet
Dengan meninggalkan nafsu, amarah, loba, keterikatan, dan iri hati, menjadi brahmacārī serta berdisiplin laksana seorang pertapa, hendaknya ia memuja-Nya walau sekali.
