बृहद्रथेन चोढासि कंकणस्य प्रभा वतः । न व्रतं न तपो दानं त्वया चीर्णं पुरा शुभे
bṛhadrathena coḍhāsi kaṃkaṇasya prabhā vataḥ | na vrataṃ na tapo dānaṃ tvayā cīrṇaṃ purā śubhe
Engkau telah dipersunting oleh Bṛhadratha; namun sungguh menakjubkan, semua itu terjadi karena daya cahaya gelang itu. Wahai wanita yang suci, dahulu engkau tidak menjalankan vrata, tidak bertapa, dan tidak bersedekah.
