viṣṇuruvāca | śāpasyāṃtodya me bhadra śarapātātkṛtastvayā | tasmāttvaṃ matprasādena svargaṃ gaccha mahādyute
Listener: Jarā (the hunter)
Scene: Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa speaks gently, palm raised in abhaya-mudrā, assuring the trembling hunter; light seems to emanate from the Lord, suggesting the end of a curse and the opening of heavenward path.
Even an unintended act can become salvific when it fulfills divine purpose and is met with the Lord’s grace.
The wider setting is Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Prabhāsakṣetramāhātmya), where later verses name Bhalla-tīrtha.
None directly here; it is a boon/assurance of heaven granted by Viṣṇu.
