संस्काराः पिप्पलादस्य वेदोक्ता वेद पारगैः । षडंगोपांगसंयुक्ता वेदास्तेन समुद्धृताः । तदाश्रमनिवासिभ्यो मुनिभ्यश्च सुपुष्कलाः
saṃskārāḥ pippalādasya vedoktā veda pāragaiḥ | ṣaḍaṃgopāṃgasaṃyuktā vedāstena samuddhṛtāḥ | tadāśramanivāsibhyo munibhyaśca supuṣkalāḥ
Bagi Pippalāda, para resi yang mahir dalam Veda melaksanakan sakramen-sakramen sebagaimana ditetapkan Veda. Berbekal enam Vedāṅga beserta ilmu-ilmu pelengkapnya, ia menguasai dan menyingkapkan Veda; dan bagi para resi penghuni āśrama itu ia menjadi sangat membawa manfaat.
