ahaṃ te hṛdaye gauri tvaṃ ca me hṛdi saṃsthitā | ahaṃ bhrātā ca putraśca baṃdhurbhartā tathaiva ca
Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva addresses Gaurī with a calm, intimate gesture—hands near the heart—signifying mutual indwelling; the background hints at Prabhāsa’s coastal sanctity and a distant liṅga shrine.
The Divine is the innermost presence and the support of every relationship; devotion matures into intimate, all-encompassing belonging.
The statement appears within Prabhāsa-kṣetra māhātmya, where divine presence is celebrated as immediate and heart-dwelling.
No ritual is prescribed; it encourages bhakti grounded in remembrance of the Lord as the inner Self and nearest relation.
