सूर्य उवाच । मा ब्रह्मन्साहसं कार्षीर्वरं वरय सुव्रत । अप्राप्यमपि दास्यामि यत्ते मनसि वर्तते
sūrya uvāca | mā brahmansāhasaṃ kārṣīrvaraṃ varaya suvrata | aprāpyamapi dāsyāmi yatte manasi vartate
Sūrya bersabda: “Wahai Brāhmaṇa, jangan bertindak gegabah. Wahai yang berkaul mulia, pilihlah anugerah. Bahkan yang sukar diperoleh pun akan Kuberikan—apa pun yang bersemayam dalam hatimu.”
