एवं तैः पृथिवी व्याप्ता पञ्चाशत्कोटि विस्तरा । एवं ज्ञात्वा तदा देवा भयेनोद्विग्नमानसाः
evaṃ taiḥ pṛthivī vyāptā pañcāśatkoṭi vistarā | evaṃ jñātvā tadā devā bhayenodvignamānasāḥ
Demikianlah bumi—yang terbentang hingga lima puluh koṭi luasnya—dikuasai dan dipenuhi oleh mereka. Mengetahui hal itu, para dewa pun gelisah di hati karena takut.
