अथवा तेन लोकेषु प्रभासमिति कीर्त्यते । प्रथमं भासते देवि सर्वेषां भुवि तेजसाम् । तीर्थानामादितीर्थं यत्प्रभासं तेन कीर्त्तितम्
athavā tena lokeṣu prabhāsamiti kīrtyate | prathamaṃ bhāsate devi sarveṣāṃ bhuvi tejasām | tīrthānāmāditīrthaṃ yatprabhāsaṃ tena kīrttitam
“Atau karena alasan itulah ia termasyhur di dunia-dunia sebagai ‘Prabhāsa’. Wahai Devī, di bumi ini ia bersinar terlebih dahulu di antara segala cahaya. Karena ia adalah tīrtha purba di antara tīrtha, maka ia diproklamasikan sebagai Prabhāsa.”
