Transliteration

yo na kārayate rājā rathayātrāṃ tu brahmaṇaḥ | sa pacyate mahādevi raurave kālamakṣayam

Translation

Wahai Dewi Agung, raja yang tidak menyelenggarakan perayaan kereta (rathayātrā) Brahmā akan disiksa di neraka Raurava untuk waktu yang tak berkesudahan.
