Transliteration

yathā naḥ sarvadevānāṃ mahāviṣṇurayaṃ mahān | tathaiva sarvatīrthānāṃ pūjyeyaṃ dvārakā śubhā

Translation

Sebagaimana bagi kami Mahāviṣṇu yang agung ini adalah tertinggi di antara semua dewa, demikian pula di antara semua tīrtha, Dvārakā yang suci ini patut dipuja.
