Transliteration

sarvakṣetrottamā yā ca sarvatīrthottamottamā | svargādapyadhikā bhūmau dvārakeyaṃ prakāśate

Translation

Dia yang terbaik di antara semua kṣetra suci, dan yang paling unggul di antara semua tīrtha—Dvārakā ini bersinar di bumi, bahkan melampaui surga.
