शास्ता भवान्प्रजानां हि न न्यायेन नियोक्ष्यति । भविष्यति भवांस्तस्मात्कृकलासो न संशयः
śāstā bhavānprajānāṃ hi na nyāyena niyokṣyati | bhaviṣyati bhavāṃstasmātkṛkalāso na saṃśayaḥ
“Engkau adalah penghukum dan penguasa rakyat, namun tidak menegakkan pemerintahan menurut dharma dan keadilan; karena itu engkau akan menjadi seekor kadal—tanpa ragu.”
