अथ ते मुनयः सर्वे गालवप्रमुखा नृप । पप्रच्छुः कौतुकाविष्टाः सक्तुदानकृते नृपम्
atha te munayaḥ sarve gālavapramukhā nṛpa | papracchuḥ kautukāviṣṭāḥ saktudānakṛte nṛpam
Lalu semua resi itu—dengan Gālava sebagai yang terdepan—diliputi rasa ingin tahu, menanyai sang raja tentang alasan persembahan saktu itu.
