Transliteration

pulastya uvāca | evamastviti sā devī procya gaṃgāṃ mahānadīm | tato visarjayāmāsa tāmāliṃgya muhurmuhuḥ

Translation

Pulastya berkata: Setelah mengucap, “Demikianlah jadinya,” Sang Dewi menuturkan kepada Gaṅgā, sungai agung itu; lalu beliau melepasnya pergi, seraya memeluknya berulang kali.
