Transliteration

tasmānmayā vināpyāśu nāgaiścaiva naraistathā | tapaḥ śaktyā prakartavyaṃ rājyaṃ nihatakaṇṭakam

Translation

Karena itu, sekalipun tanpa aku, hendaklah para Nāga dan manusia segera, dengan daya tapa, menegakkan kerajaan tanpa duri—bebas dari penindas dan segala gangguan.
