Transliteration

ekataḥ sarvatīrthāni sarvadānāni caikataḥ | ekatastu vṛṣotsargaḥ kārtikyāṃ puṣkareṣu ca

Translation

Di satu sisi ada semua tīrtha dan di satu sisi semua dana (sedekah suci); namun di sisi lain ada satu perbuatan vṛṣotsarga saja—bila dilakukan pada bulan Kārttika di Puṣkara—yang melampaui semuanya.
