Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 40

तथा सर्वमयी लक्ष्मीः सतीत्वान्नैव हीयते । प्रतिमासु च सर्वासु सर्वभूतेषु नित्यदा

tathā sarvamayī lakṣmīḥ satītvānnaiva hīyate | pratimāsu ca sarvāsu sarvabhūteṣu nityadā

Demikian pula Lakṣmī yang meresapi segalanya tidak pernah berkurang karena kesucian dan kesetiaannya yang sempurna. Ia senantiasa bersemayam dalam semua arca dan dalam semua makhluk, setiap waktu.
