त्यज तात मम स्नेहं मा विघ्नं मे समाचर । प्रायश्चित्तं करिष्यामि निश्चयोऽयं मया कृतः
tyaja tāta mama snehaṃ mā vighnaṃ me samācara | prāyaścittaṃ kariṣyāmi niścayo'yaṃ mayā kṛtaḥ
Sang putra berkata: 'Ayah, kesampingkanlah kasih sayangmu padaku; janganlah menjadi penghalang bagiku. Aku akan melakukan penebusan dosa—ini adalah tekad yang telah kubuat.'
