Transliteration

vasiṣṭha uvāca | homadhenuriyaṃ rājannasmākaṃ kāmadohinī | adeyā gaurmahārāja sāmānyāpi dvijanmanām

Translation

Vasiṣṭha berkata: “Wahai Raja, inilah homa-dhenu kami, pemenuh segala hasrat. Wahai Mahārāja, sapi tidak patut diberikan—bahkan sapi biasa pun tidak, bagi kaum dvija (brāhmaṇa).”
