अग्नये स्विष्टकृतैति यावदात्मानमाक्षिपेत् । तावद्धृतः स सूर्येण स्वहस्तेन समंततः
agnaye sviṣṭakṛtaiti yāvadātmānamākṣipet | tāvaddhṛtaḥ sa sūryeṇa svahastena samaṃtataḥ
Ketika ia hendak menjatuhkan dirinya ke dalam api sambil mengucap, “Untuk Agni Sviṣṭakṛt, Svāhā,” pada saat itu juga ia ditahan dari segala sisi oleh Sūrya dengan tangan-Nya sendiri.
