Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 67

अनन्यमनसा तेन प्रारब्धः स तदा जपः । यथाऽभवत्समाधिस्थो येनावस्थां परां गतः

ananyamanasā tena prārabdhaḥ sa tadā japaḥ | yathā'bhavatsamādhistho yenāvasthāṃ parāṃ gataḥ

Dengan pikiran yang tak terpecah, ia pun memulai japa saat itu juga. Demikianlah ia masuk ke dalam samādhi, sehingga olehnya ia mencapai keadaan tertinggi.
