Munīśvara (the sage, continuing the curse)
Type: ghat
Scene: A radiant sage in deep samādhi on the Gaṅgā bank is disturbed; with stern compassion he utters a curse transforming the offender into a buffalo, while the offender retains a lucid, remorseful gaze.
Interrupting sacred tapas and samādhi is a serious offense; consequences may be severe yet pedagogical, forcing remembrance and remorse.
The setting remains the Gaṅgā/Jahnavī tīra, where spiritual discipline and its protection are emphasized.
None; the verse is a juridical-spiritual pronouncement (śāpa) rather than a ritual instruction.
