एवं तन्नगरं जातमस्मात्कालादनंतरम् । देवदेवस्य भर्गस्य प्रसादेन द्विजोत्तमाः
evaṃ tannagaraṃ jātamasmātkālādanaṃtaram | devadevasya bhargasya prasādena dvijottamāḥ
Demikianlah pemukiman itu terbentuk segera setelah ini, Wahai yang terbaik dari kaum dwijati—melalui anugerah Bharga, Dewa para dewa.
