Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 16
अन्येषां विषयस्थानामिह लोकः प्रकीर्तितः । भोगप्रसक्तचित्तानां नीचानां सुदुरात्मनाम्
anyeṣāṃ viṣayasthānāmiha lokaḥ prakīrtitaḥ | bhogaprasaktacittānāṃ nīcānāṃ sudurātmanām
Namun bagi yang lain—yang terpaku pada objek-objek indria—dunia inilah yang disebut sebagai ‘wilayah’ mereka: orang-orang yang pikirannya melekat pada kenikmatan, rendah budi dan sangat jahat tabiatnya.
