Type: kshetra
Scene: A visionary tableau: numerous personified tīrthas—rivers, ghāṭas, kuṇḍas, and kṣetras—approach a radiant central kṣetra as if seeking asylum from a dark, looming Kali-age threat; a deity’s vow to ‘bring’ his own kṣetras is shown as a divine gesture drawing them inward.
When dharma is threatened, the Purāṇas present refuge-kṣetras where sacred power is preserved and accessible to devotees.
A particular ‘this kṣetra’ is exalted as a sanctuary for tīrthas; its proper name is not included in this verse snippet.
No explicit rite is mentioned; the verse explains the migration/assembling of tīrtha potency into one protected locus.
