असाक्षिकेषु चार्थेषु मिथो विवदमानयोः । राजद्रोहाभिशापेषु साहसेषु तथैव च
asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca
Dalam perkara tanpa saksi, ketika dua pihak saling berselisih; dalam tuduhan makar terhadap raja; dalam perkara kutukan dan celaan; dan demikian pula dalam tindakan kekerasan—di situlah ujian ilahi diterapkan.
