नमोस्तु ते वामदेवाय ज्येष्ठरुद्राय कालाय कलाविकारिणे । बलंकरायापि बलप्रमाथिने भूतानि हंत्रे च मनोन्मनाय
namostu te vāmadevāya jyeṣṭharudrāya kālāya kalāvikāriṇe | balaṃkarāyāpi balapramāthine bhūtāni haṃtre ca manonmanāya
Salam suci bagi-Mu sebagai Vāmadeva, sebagai Jyeṣṭha-Rudra; salam bagi-Mu sebagai Kala, Sang Waktu yang mengubah ukuran-ukuran waktu. Salam bagi Pemberi kekuatan dan Penakluk segala kekuatan; bagi Pembinas a makhluk yang memusuhi; dan bagi Manonmanā, Yang melampaui pikiran.
