आजग्मुः समरे क्रुद्धा विष्णुमक्लिष्टकारिणम् । परघेण निमिर्दैत्यो मथनो मुद्गरेण च
ājagmuḥ samare kruddhā viṣṇumakliṣṭakāriṇam | paragheṇa nimirdaityo mathano mudgareṇa ca
Dalam pertempuran, mereka murka lalu menyerbu Viṣṇu, Sang pelaksana karya yang tak pernah letih. Daitya Nimi menghantam dengan gada besi, dan Mathana memukul dengan pemukul besar (mudgara).
