भूर्भुवःस्वः प्रदेशेषु काशीपरमपावनम् । तत्रापि हरिणाज्ञायि तीर्थं पंचनदं परम्
bhūrbhuvaḥsvaḥ pradeśeṣu kāśīparamapāvanam | tatrāpi hariṇājñāyi tīrthaṃ paṃcanadaṃ param
Di antara segala wilayah Bhūr, Bhuvaḥ, dan Svaḥ, Kāśī adalah yang paling menyucikan; dan bahkan di dalam Kāśī pun, atas titah Hari (Viṣṇu), tīrtha luhur bernama Pañcanada adalah yang tertinggi.
