गृहिण्युवाच । भगवन्भिक्षुकास्तावदद्य दृष्टा न कुत्रचित् । असत्कृत्यातिथिं नाथो न मे भोक्ष्यति कर्हिचित्
gṛhiṇyuvāca | bhagavanbhikṣukāstāvadadya dṛṣṭā na kutracit | asatkṛtyātithiṃ nātho na me bhokṣyati karhicit
Sang ibu rumah tangga berkata: “Wahai Bhagavan, hari ini aku tidak melihat seorang pun bhikṣu di mana-mana. Wahai Nātha, bila aku tidak memuliakan tamu, suamiku takkan pernah menyantap makananku.”
