तदा कथमदास्यं त्वां तस्मै मायास्वरूपिणं । अहं शिवाख्यया तुष्टो न जाने शिवरूपिणम्
tadā kathamadāsyaṃ tvāṃ tasmai māyāsvarūpiṇaṃ | ahaṃ śivākhyayā tuṣṭo na jāne śivarūpiṇam
“Lalu bagaimana mungkin aku menyerahkanmu kepadanya, ketika aku memandangnya hanya melalui wujud-wujud Māyā yang menipu? Aku puas hanya dengan nama ‘Śiva’, namun tidak mengenali hakikat rupa Śiva.”
