Transliteration

skaṃda uvāca | ānaṃdabāṣpasalilaruddhakaṃṭhaṃ vilokya tam | mṛḍaḥ pasparśa pāṇibhyāṃ saudhābhyāṃ tu sudhāṃbudhiḥ

Translation

Skanda bersabda: Melihat dia dengan tenggorokan tersumbat oleh aliran air mata kebahagiaan, Rudra yang lembut—samudra amṛta—menyentuhnya dengan kedua tangan-Nya yang sejuk dan menenteramkan.
