दशम्यवस्था सन्नह्येद्बाधितुं माधुना भृशम् । इति तस्या गिरः श्रुत्वा दूनाया नितरां च ताः
daśamyavasthā sannahyedbādhituṃ mādhunā bhṛśam | iti tasyā giraḥ śrutvā dūnāyā nitarāṃ ca tāḥ
“Siapkan keadaan hari kesepuluh, agar derita ini ditangkis kuat dengan madu,” demikian ucapnya. Mendengar kata-katanya, para sahabat itu yang sangat berduka menjadi makin gelisah.
