अस्यानंदवनं नाम पुरा कारि पिनाकिना । क्षेत्रस्यानंदहेतुत्वादविमुक्तमंनतरम्

asyānaṃdavanaṃ nāma purā kāri pinākinā | kṣetrasyānaṃdahetutvādavimuktamaṃnataram

Pada masa lampau Pinākin (Śiva) menjadikan tempat ini dikenal sebagai Ānandavana. Dan karena Kṣetra ini merupakan sebab langsung kebahagiaan ilahi, maka seketika ia termasyhur sebagai Avimukta, “yang tak pernah ditinggalkan.”
