Narratorial voice within Skanda’s discourse (deduced)
Tirtha: Arundhatī-smaraṇa (as an inner tīrtha)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śivaśarman (contextual)
Scene: Arundhatī seated in quiet purity, a soft halo; a devotee closes eyes in remembrance, and a translucent vision of the Gaṅgā appears—symbolizing snāna-phala arising inwardly; nearby, a dignified ‘vibhu’ figure moves with a small retinue of pure inner attendants, suggesting protected sanctity and household purity.
Remembrance of a supremely dharmic figure is itself purifying, equated here with Gaṅgā-snāna merit.
Gaṅgā (as the benchmark of purification), within the Kāśī context.
Smaraṇa (remembrance) is presented as yielding the fruit of Gaṅgā bathing.
